Talk on “Designing technology for diversity and inclusion” at IIIT Bengaluru

Rohini Lakshané, Director (Emerging Research) at The Bachchao Project, delivered a talk on “Designing technology for diversity and inclusion” at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bengaluru on January 17, 2018.

The talk covered the fundamentals of designing technology that encompasses the diversity among its intended users and includes those users with their active participation. Rohini also acquainted the audience with the “Manual for building technology for diversity and inclusion” authored by her, Chinmayi S K (Founder, The Bachchao Project) and Willow Brough.
