Even the 301 whitelisted sites in Jammu and Kashmir are not entirely accessible: An analysis

What would the experience of an ordinary resident of Jammu and Kashmir be like under the whitelist arrangement? We conducted a preliminary analysis to empirically determine whether the 301 whitelisted websites and services would be practically usable and found that only 126 were usable to some degree.
